Trio of desserts Recipes The Island Chef

Recipes by The Island Chef! I have used so many recipes for clients’ dinners and celebrations over the last 15-20 years!

Some recipes have become established and used regularly, others are new or just different and only used on occasions! I love to try different styles and type of recipes. It makes my time in the kitchen much more fun and interesting. Most recipes are straightforward and easy to do. There can be some that are trickier than most, because of the number of ingredients or the complicated method or instructions. With these, I like to simplify them if I can.

Have a look at the section you are interesting in and see which recipes interest you. Please print or download for free. Let me know how you get on by completing the form – Recipe Feedback.

I look forward to hearing from you.
