Menus created for clients.
Menus created for clients is a key part of what I do. I have been lucky to work with some great clients, both private and corporate. On, the corporate side, I have managed events for clients including:

On the private client side, I have catered for a wide range of events from birthday parties, weddings and funerals, small dinners for 2 to 20 plus. The food has ranged from traditional British, French, Italian, BBQ and so on. When I was living in Oxfordshire, I was lucky ti built up a list of clients that want more events.
On moving to the Isle of Wight during lockdown, I could not restart until late in 2021. I have catered for many clients on holiday in the rented houses they have booked. From Niton, to Bembridge, Wellow, to Shalfleet, Shorwell to Totland and other great venues. Lots of different menus and styles of food which make the preparation interesting and varied.
