Description

Pancake Day always catches me out. So this is ,my guide to making pancakes and enjoying the day. I usually get the mixture ready in the morning and we sit down to pancakes in the evening. The fun part is getting the right amount of oil, the right amount of mixture in the pan and the heat right. By the second or third packe we have it going well.

Lots of lemon juice, or orange for a change, both fresh of course! Lots of caster sugar too.

The guide is just that – go for whatever you like to go on the panckaes and enjoy every mouthful!
